Copyright Policy
Authors who publish in the Al-Zahrawi Journal of Medical Sciences retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, which allows others to share and adapt the work, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal.
Author Rights
Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., inclusion in a book or repository), provided that the original publication in this journal is acknowledged.

Authors are also permitted and encouraged to share their published work online, including in institutional repositories or personal websites, after publication by the journal.
